Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis What are the clinical classification?

Meadow, such as children under 3 months after the onset of clinical manifestation, Purpura Nephritis will be divided into five types: ① only microscopic hematuria; ② asymptomatic proteinuria and hematuria; ③ acute and asymptomatic proteinuria nephritic syndrome (referring hematuria with hypertension, azotemia and oliguria three symptoms 2); ④ nephrotic syndrome and hematuria; ⑤ nephrotic syndrome and acute renal syndrome. Wads by clinical manifestations divided into four types: ① anuria anomaly; ② acute nephritis; ③ nephropathy type or rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis; ④ chronic nephritis. Domestic report is divided into five types: ① light or asymptomatic urinary anomaly; ② acute nephritic syndrome; ③ nephrotic syndrome; ④ chronic nephritis syndrome: ⑤ rapidly progressive glomerulonephritis syndrome.
