Non-rheumatic mitral regurgitation disease

Overview of non-rheumatic mitral regurgitation, except rheumatic valve disease, mitral valve itself and the surrounding anatomic structures such as; Left atrium, a bad valve, tendons, and left ventricular papillary muscles and other anomalies caused by different degrees of mitral regurgitation. Non-rheumatic mitral regurgitation due to many reasons, and the more common are : Mitral valve prolapse, papillary muscle dysfunction or RMCT, left atrial myxoma, Central valve calcification, congenital valve abnormality Infective endocarditis. According to mitral regurgitation, and the pace of progress there, can cause varying degrees of hemodynamic changes and the clinical manifestations. Below introduces some of the more common non-rheumatic mitral regurgitation disease.
