Systemic Lupus Erythematosus included in the domestic diagnostic criteria

The standard not only with the United States standards of sensitivity and specificity is very similar, and not typical in the early or in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus more than the American standard. 1986, the Chinese Medical Association academic topic Rheumatology meeting held in Shanghai, China and systemic lupus erythematosus developed diagnostic criteria: (1) butterfly erythema or discoid erythema; (2) Light-sensitive; (3) oral ulcer; (4) Non-deformity of arthritis or joint pain; (5) pleurisy or pericarditis; (6) epilepsy or mental symptoms; (7) proteinuria, hematuria or urinary tube; (8) or interleukin less than four x109/53 platelets less than 100 X109 / l or hemolytic anemia; (9) immunofluorescence anti-nuclear antibody positive; (10) anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies or lupus positive cells; (11) anti-Sm antibodies positive; (12) C3 lower; (13) with lupus skin test (non-lesion site) or renal biopsy was positive. Comply with the above 13 in any four or more than four persons can be diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus.
